Chara is now psychically by Frisk's side, they are here to travel with Frisk in the Underground due to their "behavior". Everything is basically the same except Chara is on a journey with Frisk and might mess some stuff up but that's ok.
Frisk just reset and plans on doing just a Regular Pacifist Run, some of the characters might question why Chara is with them and some of the characters might take them as just another human.

Sans X Frisk (An Undertale FF)
After Ethan (Frisk's older brother) broke the barrier and set everyone free, they went on a huge trip around the world to spend more time together. Frisk had no time at all to talk to her friends and to top it all off she had lost her phone on the first plane ride.
