"What is the fun in doing what you're told?" -Cara Withers' favourite quote. When Cara moves away from all her old friends to live with her new step family her life doesn't change that much, she's still feared and respected everywhere. She still doesn't date, only plays around and still a massive flirt. Why is it always the players that Cara gets drawn to? Maybe it's the easy going atmosphere or the way the conversations just flow. Maybe it's because she's trying to forget one player she knew a while ago that some how found himself in her heart. Although Cara has the title of "badass" she doesn't always wear Black and kick puppies. She also plays basketball and can kick someone's ass in it but before all of that? She was a cheerleader. Now, she's thrown back onto a team at her new school where she'll see of she still has the school spirit needed to hoist 100 pounds into the air. The "bad boys" arent into street races or drugs and they don't start unnecessary fights just for fun. They all have a back story that they aren't proud of but that doesn't make them insufferable dicks. So what changes when something happens to her best friend a few months after she moves? Something causes her to start fights she knows she wont win and drink all the pain away. Maybe the boys can help her but maybe they'll learn about some of her past because as the saying goes, it's a small world and Cara knows a lot of people. Some that aren't that nice. There's a story behind every teenager and this is Cara's. _________________________________________ Triggering in some chapters, there'll be a warning at the start of the chapter :) I'll update minimum 5 chapters at a time so updates will be slow but when they come there'll be a few.

Nina is new in town. She'd always been bored of her life in the small town she lived in, so after she'd finished school she decided to have a little break and go to America for a couple of months. But it might turn out to be more of an adventure than she originally thought it would be. Why? Because Dave Harper is her new roommate. He's what they call 'a bad boy', dangerous and unpredictable. But, the problem with dave is that he's also incredibly hot. Nina's new friends tell her to stay away from him, and she tries, but it's kind of hard considering the fact that they live in the same house. What will happen when they start to get close? Will she listen to her friends' warnings? Or will she fall for his charms? - - - - - - Just a little warning; if you don't like cliché stories, you're probably not going to enjoy this. If you do, feel free to read it. I can't say I'm particularly proud of this book, though. - - - - - -
