She has sort of alexithymia(not too severe) or let's say most of the time she doesn't show emotions although she feels them. Ikada has all the five elements( no specific chakra nature) so she can, if she learns, perform any kinda of Jutsu. She has the spirit of a dragon inside of her( Draggoton- again I created the name lol) it's history and powers will be mentioned in the story and no she is not a jinchuriki.
