It wasn't that all of it wasn't normal, it was just different. Naruto was still, in all his glory, the same old Naruto, but now everyone in the village adored him. He was a hokage afterall. Sasuke on the other hand, wasn't quite as worshiped upon. In fact it was quite the opposite. If at all he was ever out in public away from the hokage, there were bound to be people reminding him of all of the reasons he shouldn't have had a second chance. And without a doubt, Sasuke agreed with all of them, but Naruto was persistent, and never let him go.
