When Sapphire a young werefox who had never stayed in one place travels to Colorado, she runs into a young werewolf who is the bastard son of the alpha and one of his vampire mistresses. Damon is strong, and he has had a hard past. He was constantly reminded that he is a bastard and will never really be part of the pack. When sapphire runs into him she finds herself and her fox drawn to him, but will she give love a chance, or run like she has her whole life?
