Not much ever seems to happen in the Appalachian coal-mining town where Ginny lives with her family. That all changes at the start of the summer of 1940, when a letter addressed to her mother shows up in the mailbox. Prompted by news in the letter, her mother announces that she will be taking care of family matters elsewhere - and leaving conniving tomboy Ginny and her introverted older brother Kody at home - while she does so.

When Ginny finds herself consumed by the mystery surrounding a strange old house, she sets out to solve it once and for all. Little does she know what secrets it holds. And neither she, nor Kody, is prepared for how much the summer will change them, or for what they will discover.

Eighteen year old Alex Newlynn has moved back to her home of Towers, Montana. The memories are still fresh in her mind but Alex is hoping to have a normal senior year with her family & friends. But family secrets and feelings long buried make it hard. Then comes the one thing that can ruin her life along with the town. He's back to haunt them when Alex finds an envelope taped to her bedroom window. I am posting the first five chapters of my book Envelopes here on Wattpad. The full book can be purchased online. I always make sure to disclose that even though I work long and hard hours on all my books they are by no means perfect. There are mistakes from grammar and punctuations. I apologize in advance if you feel you have wasted your time and or money on my works. Thanks.
