This is set after Age of Ultron. And Pietro is alive.
After Ultron is defeated there are some new Avengers that arise. Tony brought in his adopted son Todd ( that no one knew about ) or Whiplash. Pietro, Wanda, Vision, and Sam became Avengers as well.
After Pietro's recovery from the bullet wounds, he, Wanda and Todd, were all sent on their first mission. Their goal? To infiltrate Hydra base 19T98 and obtain an experimental bio weapon ment to destroy anything that stands in Hydra's way.
But what if this weapon isn't what anyone thinks it is? What if this weapon is actually a person, a girl? And what if Todd and this weapon fell in love? Read to find out.

The romance was also placed well throughout the story and not built up in certain spots that took over the plot. Which in this universe Pietro lived through the battle. While living at the compound she meets Peter Parker and instantly feels a connection. But will her past let her find love or will it destroy them. This is also set during civil war. And yes Peter does go to school, but if some days don't match up. Because in the end you're still a Stark. After a freak accident that sent you into a coma for nine months you became something else, you had become a speedster. Sam is a HYDRA experiment with the training of black widow, super soldier serum of Captain America, and the already genetic material for transformation into their own version of the hulk. Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material.
