Danielle, a young girl has a past with a vampire who wants to make her life a living hell. She can't remember him or their past because he compeled her to forget everything about him.  He wants to make her regret her own being because of what she did. But the thing is she can't remember anything. All that she know is that he wants to destroy her. But why? What did she do? He knows, she doesn't.  
"Why am I so afraid of a man I don't even know?", she finds herself asking the same question over and over again while reaching for the answer.
His goal is to make her hate him so much so he would hate her as well, 'cause then he will finally be able to kill her.
