Bonds
Kronos was called the crooked one for good reason. Assaulting Olympus when a prophecy, despite what the Fates say, was rigged against him? Merely a ruse to something greater. No, with Gaea rising and the emperors of old waiting in the wings, it was not the opportune time to take Olympus. Let them think that they had vanquished him. Let them enjoy their false victory. Let his children and their offspring defeat the opposition for him, clearing a path for his ascension. But for now, he will march willingly to his defeat. As with the (unwilling) assistance of the child of Hermes, two of the three cyclopes that forged weapons of the Olympians, his most trusted titans, and an unfulfilled prophecy, Olympus will be his. It's only a matter of time... *Quasi-sequel to Shattered, but reading is not required*

Finally, there was the Giant War, which almost destroyed Camp Half-Blood. The Greeks of Camp Half-Blood and the Romans of Camp Jupiter put aside their differences at the last second to overcome Gaea and her giant sons, thanks to the seven of the prophecy: Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez, Jason Grace, Frank Zhang, and Hazel Levesque. Needless to say, New York has had its fair share of battles. But something worse is coming. Far more worse than the three battles put together. In Tartarus, Kronos and Gaea are stirring. Loki is rising. Their goal is to crush the two camps, destroy Mt. Olympus, take over Earth, and tear Asgard down. Basically, they want revenge.
