There’s always that single moment in a person’s life where they realize how twisted and ridiculous the world truly is, but normally that doesn’t happen till your older… right?

Whitney Kline has always had the most normal life a girl could have, but one day all that changes. Now three years later she’s starting a new school with new people and new experiences. Just on her first day, she meets some interesting characters, especially the one boy who’s arrogant and pretty cocky. But that just seems to intrigue her more.

As her eighteenth birthday approaches the boy seems to keep a close eye on her, as if something big is supposed to happen. She’s a little weirded out by it, but deep inside she has a feeling of secureness, something she hadn’t felt in years.

When she does turn eighteen, something drastic happens and leaves her speechless. No one knew. No one expected it. No one was ready for what she became.
