Samiya Brown's life is full of ups and downs. She never seems to be able to hold on to her happiness. One minute she's doing great then the next she's a depressed mess. It's been like that for as long as she could remember. Which really wasn't much considering the fact that she only remembers her sixth birthday and being told her dad was dead. Seems odd huh? Well all that will soon to be answered as she takes us through her life. She meets new people and makes new relationships that, hopefully, aren't TEMPORARY.

As I write this story I write a little of my life. Most of the characters in this book have affected me in a good or bad way. But most of all they've showed me something important about myself.
