Kobe Baker gets tapes from Justin Foley who commits suicide but before he commits suicide he got another set up of tapes from Hannah saying she has another 13 reasons why and starts from her new town and she wants him to shared the tapes. Justin Foley do makes his own set tapes about him and what happened Hannah. He explains his reason why he killed himself and his thoughts on types and it all leads up to that one faithful night that night that no one can take back. Let's just say no one is safe
