21st century Phoenix Drop is filled to the brim with street crime. People don't dare go out onto the street at night in fear of being robbed. Young couple, Katelyn Firefist and Jeffory Goldheart are saved from a bunch of thugs by a hooded man who calls himself Red Dragon. Even the police, who are unfortunately corrupt, can't figure out who this man is...
That was until more of these incidents start happening, beaten up thugs in dark alleyways, gang members being assassinated and corrupted police officers being paralysed. All of them saying that the man was a hooded individual with a red dragon as his symbol.
But more vigilantes are stepping forwards, and now the young couple are interested in these individuals.
And what do do they call them?
