In the year 2540 a company by the name of FACT mass produces computer chips that are equipped to the brain of a human baby when it is born. These chips intensify the senses of humans allowing them to see, hear, and smell better than ever before. However, these chips do malfunction driving the user insane and extremely dangerous. That's where the LIGHT comes in. A group of highly advanced officers that are tasked with one thing. To eliminate these rogue humans known as BOUNZERS. It is an easy job until one of them goes from an award winning officer to the most wanted BOUNZER in the world.

I grab the note, while lowering my gun. I look up only to find the man gone. I unfold the paper. It's hard to make out the words in red ink with the dim lighting of the sewer tunnel. Eventually, I'm able to decipher, "34.0522' N, 118.2437' W". Coordinates. At the bottom of the note, scribbled out in black in, there's one phrase.
