Half-humans, demi-humans, creatures of the devil, or simply 'hybrids'. What are they? How did they come to exist? Not a single person from this universe knows the answer. One thing is clear: they're here to stay. It's long past the point of removing them... Humans will stop at nothing to seek knowledge of the unknown. They will seek knowledge to the point of pure, raw greed and desire - and with any means necessary. They will never accept a sentient being they do not 'fully understand'. What similarities do a hybrid and a "pure" human have? Are they 'human'? What if they're aliens or devils in disguise? Whether or not humans accept the existence of hybrids, the hybrid population has already grown past the point of return; coexistence is inevitable. And with coexistence breeds new opportunities, both the good and the bad: some may seek to amend, some may simply move on. But some others may seek to execute far more... diabolical plans. Like experimenting with bodies. Or pushing a girl to insanity. Betrayal is the one of the most ruthless of all ends to a relationship. If circumstances called for it, even the closest people in life could turn into enemies. It begs the question: were they ever an ally to begin with?
