18 year old Grace Hudson used to have an amazing life. She was the brightest girl in her class, and always seemed happy and healthy. Her life starts to fall apart when she is diagnosed with a rare illness that slowly starts to pull her down.
Cameron Peters is a healthy, fit surgeon, that loves his job. He's a typical attractive, perfect player that all the girls want. His life basically revolves around girls and his career. Until he meets Grace.
