Jessica Drew only knew herself as 'Arachne' thanks to HYDRA. There's so much more to her, though. When she was sick and dying, her father had given her a serum of spider's blood, and it changed her forever. She aged slowly, and decades later, when she was released, she was caught  by HYDRA. 

When she's on one of her many missions, SHEILD tracks her down and capture her, just before the Avengers assemble to fight Loki. Will Jessica help or will she join Loki?
