With such a small population scattered in the the town of Saint-Basile in Quebec, Jack Overland wonders if finding someone he's interested in is even possible. After one of the workers alongside Jack decides to quit their job at the Stardust Café, trouble hits the remaining three employees and they begin to wonder if they'll be able to keep the café running.
They wonder, that is, until one chilly December night when a girl with a suitcase walks in at the strangest time. Were prayers answered, not only for the café, but for a specific white-haired boy as well?
