Capitan Atoshi Minito of the United Nations Utopia(UNU) had gone through the tragedies of losing teammate after teammate. And in a world were anything exists, he wished he didn't.
After establishing a new team with an old friend, a mission goes sour and his friend is killed. Atoshi faces reality and tired to move on, but at the end of the day, he's a mess. After months without a mission, he and his team move on from their loss and go one a recon mission. Only to have bad luck strike again and their ship to crash. Who survived was unknown to Atoshi, and what awaited for him was unbelievably impossible for him to face alone.
