You are holding my heart.
Peel off a layer - there lays an enigmatic labyrinth. Dig deeper, and you will come face to face with a mystifying puzzle.
The thing with a heart is that it does not only go deeper. It is such a dynamic complexity that it cannot be described as being unidirectional. It is an intricate system with entities inside that take twists and turns which end up intertwining together to form you.
And just because something lays deeper within you does not mean it is a realer you. Everything in the heart is equally real. You are made up of the superficial grass and the profound roots and everything in between.
And here I pour out all that is inside

The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. Too Many Maybe's
I used to think there'd be no living without you. Then, you walked away. Like it was the easiest thing in the world. We finally stopped making sense to you. So, you left. Why wouldn't you. It didn't matter that it still made sense to me. That I still held on to all those what ifs and unanswered questions of us. Still hoped for things to work out somehow. Still needed things to work out. Needed it like food and water. This story might not make much sense to you, reader. It was written for him. And in many ways for myself. But I am grateful for your desire to explore our life's tale non the less. It was quite something. I hope you'll get something out of it.Complete
