The Underworld was strange.
6 months after becoming a demon, Ciel Phamtomhive grew bored of roaming the endless land of the underworld. His butler, Sebastian, grew hungry and longed for a mere taste of a pure soul.
And so as a mysterious soul appears before Ciel and Sebastian, in the form of a black cloud, it's clear that someone, or something, is trying to separate the two.
However, this soul - and it's releaser - are no strangers to Ciel and Sebastian, and potentially nothing of a threat. Until they realise the releaser's true intentions, and Ciel is locked in a neverending nightmare, where only one sacrifice can save him....
