Living the quiet life in Lexington isn't the definition of normal for college student Jesse Calaboose. One day while walking to school, he suddenly trips and experiences a tight grip on his ankle. His day just keeps going down and down after getting sexually harassed during a gay lover quarrel. Even after this it gets "better". Shadow monsters appear in his vision chasing him to an old shrine.
