Ben Boykevich has always been the outcast.  So many of the so called people he loved have cast him aside.  Amy and Adrian both chose Ricky, and so did his Dad.  His two best friends have shown they were never really his friends, and only his new adoptive sister is the only person he can trust.  But what if there was a reason for that.  

From birth he has had a destiny one that not even his father new existed.  A destiny his mother died to protect him from.  A destiny that even cost his child her life.  Sarah Helen Boykevich had secrets, secrets she wanted to go to her grave, but her death did not protect her son.

Ben is about to discover his destiny is something ancient, new, and powerful.
