Three Friends are all slightly Philophobic, they all have their own reason for being this way. As they go through their final term of year 9 before the summer holidays start, they tell their story in their own ways. Firstly, slightly nerdy Norah who is obsessed with her romance novels, keeps a diary. But it is not long before Norah experiences some romance of her own and finally wakes up to the reality of how love really is. Will she experience romance the way it is said in the books, or will she get disappointed? Quirky Kim emails her cousin, Ashley from New Zealand, regularly. She is a bit of a flirt and has never had a problem with her love life in the past. Then one day, she breaks up with her boyfriend, Louis, who does not take it very well. Kim still feels no guilt, but when she starts falling for Jonah, she gets a taste of her own medicine. Finally, hippie-like Flo breaks up with her boyfriend Ross after he cheats on her. The hurt from her relationship causes her to never want to fall in love again. To prove her point that love hurts, she writes a novel for a competition to win a camera. Her novel is about her and her friend's experiences as well as her disapproval of her sister's relationship. Being new to all this, the girls share their journey into their possible recovery of Philophobia.

Featured on @Romance in the Young Love reading list. ❤️ Genre: Dark Romance/New Adult Unable to change her imperfectly plotted storyline, Michelle just couldn't when it was always the synonyms of the words that changed when she tried, but never the plot twists. The sadistic author like the clock hands, wrote fate with the strokes of the ticks, leaving no room for a change. And somehow, she was that book, tossed in a corner of a bookshelf, on which dust settled with time as a reminder of her unaccompanied presence. The frayed ends of the pages wore out from each time, a reader would come, and read whatever appealed to them, letting her go after the bad plotline of her first - past - chapters. That was where that bookmark stuck, somewhere midway between the chapters, mistaken as the end of the story. It paralysed her into a moment in time, with her unturned pages not letting her move on to the next, that was unless someone else did. And then he came. A reader who probably couldn't change the stroke of the pen of time, as much as she couldn't as a character in her story. But he didn't just read her either. From drawing stars on footnotes, and hearts as annotations on the margins, he highlighted and savoured her moments as if he didn't want to let go of them, just yet. He read and reread her over and over until he had memorised her enough. And somehow, she was someone's favourite book. The feelings of falling for each other happened to break into an artwork of mosaic in the end. But when broken puzzles finally fit each other, the formed picture doesn't always come off as expected. Disclaimer: This story contains mature themes and suicidal thoughts/actions, drug abuse, and mental disorders, that might be triggering for some readers, therefore reader discretion is advised. The twisted series 2nd generation ff. ( also contains characters from the Sins series) *BOOK-3* (Can be read as a standalone) ----------------- "What began as a kiss to save face became the truth their hearts could never deny." Amy Chen Ambrose has spent the last three years lying through her teeth. Famous photographer. Sunshine personality. Fierce, bold, untouchable. And-according to her friends-hopelessly possessive of the mystery boyfriend she never lets them meet. The problem? He doesn't exist. Until the day her friends corner her in the middle of a tourist spot in Singapore, demanding proof. Trapped and desperate, Amy does the unthinkable-she marches straight up to the one man she swore she'd never involve. Eithan Harper. Sharp, grumpy, infuriatingly controlled. The boy she grew up with. The man who built an empire protecting women. And the last person she ever imagined kissing. But when her lips crash against his in front of an audience, a lie becomes the only truth that can save them both. For Amy, a fake boyfriend means freedom from her friends' pestering-and publicity she can't ignore. For Eithan, a fake relationship means keeping meddling socialites (and a very determined seventy-year-old Laurel Macaulay) off his back. Rules are made. Lines are drawn. It's all pretend-until it isn't. Because one kiss was supposed to solve her problem. Instead, it ignited his. *(Can be read as a standalone)* Trope: Fake dating, grumpy x sunshine ___________________________________ The pictures used for cover and aesthetics are not mine, credit goes to their respective owners ___________________________________ WARNING⚠️- 1.
