The body of Mycroft Holmes was mangled, torn, destroyed, broken. The room he was trapped in was cold and silent. Around him was a sea of blood, his own blood, of which he seemed to be drowning in. The brother of Sherlock Holmes was dead. As dead as a man can be, plus a little more.
