Fifteen years after the events in Tales from the Borderlands, Pandora has finally settled the era of the tyranny under Handsome Jack. Life became normal, stability was back for the most part. However, after the strange disappearances of Fiona and Rhys in the Vault of the Traveler, there was restlessness specifically in the reborn Atlas company.
  
  Black markets were thriving, rare salvage from the wreckage of Helios making the business boom, and young Justice Collon has only heard stories as wild as the skags that roamed outside of town. 
  
  The tale of these epic heroes cross lines with the story of Justice, an aspiring gangster and criminal mastermind. Her knowledge, eyes and ears everywhere, and power put her in the center of a lot of things happening in the new settlement of Clapout.
  
  It all starts with one tiny piece of history that should've been destroyed a long time ago....
