Thoughts are driven greatly by emotions.
Emotions are like a roller coaster sometimes.
Sometimes, such emotions get hard to express hence penning them do help even though they never get shown.
It is expressing oneself to oneself.
However it does have a great feel when it is shared.
Not everyone will understand all but everyone will understand some.

Society tells us be ourselves. When we are society judges. If we dare share what's on our mind we get judged even by our friends, some people keep it in just like I do. Some of the worst things happen mentally, and physically. When it comes time to show our emotions we can't because we worry people will think about us. Will they think we are lying, or being fake just to get attention?Complete

Life is the most confusing thing in the world especially if you are a teenager. There are constant changes in the emotions of yourself, the emotions of others and our general way of thinking changes because of certain factors in our lives. That's mainly because we don't really know what we want at times and because of that our day to day emotions are... complicated.
