Thoughts are driven greatly by emotions.
Emotions are like a roller coaster sometimes.
Sometimes, such emotions get hard to express hence penning them do help even though they never get shown.
It is expressing oneself to oneself.
However it does have a great feel when it is shared.
Not everyone will understand all but everyone will understand some.

Life is the most confusing thing in the world especially if you are a teenager. Silent Echoes
