Brooklyn doesn't have much. But she gets by with what she has. Her family, two social groups, straight A's, no detentions and a secret online life. And like many 13 year olds, a crush.
Just a few problems:
-he's dating her friend.
-she wouldn't go out with him, even if they break up.
-It would be awkward.
-Her anxiety holding her back.
And yet here she is: dating him and in trouble. Her life's about to fall apart and not even her friends can save her. She wishes to trust them. She wishes it to be ok. But she can't end things. And she can't stand this life.
