The ones that don't have a happy ending, the ones that don't make you smile, the ones that feed off the minds of the weak and burrow deep into your brain. just some poems I wrote when I'm feeling low or in a dark place, my poems help me cope with my depression and other mental problems it also helps me from going all the way down in my dark times. these poems are dark, depressing and some have suicide in them, if you don't like poems like that I wouldn't recommend reading this. If you do like poems like that then please read on. Also if you read these please do not comment that you feel sorry for me, I did not put my poems up for pity or sympathy. nor send me messages wanted to know all about my demons because you see me as entertainment to you now. Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete
The Light in the Dark (Completed)
Cover made by the amazing @mikeyspizzadope (go check them out they're cool) It's 3 A.M., and you can't sleep. Your heart feels like it might burst out of your chest. Your ears are ringing, echoing in your brain, and everything hurts so badly. Your vision is going blurry as you try to fight back the tears, and you're wondering why you even try anymore. At one point or another, most of us have experienced the feeling of worthlessness, shame, or guilt. We feel like we're at rock bottom, and it seems like nothing will ever get any better no matter how hard we try. One thing we do know for sure, though, is that where there is dark, there is bound to be light, no matter how small that speck may be. There's always hope, no matter how far out of reach it may seem. There's always light in the dark. TW/CW: mentions of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts. "I know that even when things seem dark and at rock bottom, there's always hope. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order.
