Having a witch for a mother and a wizard for a father, Lake Landor is like most any other student at Hogwarts school of witch craft and wizardry. Sure, he can be sarcastic and snarky at times, but isn't everyone? 

When he finally arrives at Hogwarts, he finds himself in a situation where he wishes for a miracle, an angel, anything to get him treated like a normal student. At least he has his owl, Ollie by his side to keep him company. And just maybe, that girl with a cropped pixie cut wants to be his friend.
