The road to becoming a surgeon is a long, challenging, tiring, eventful journey. There are ups and downs, rights and wrongs, and life or death. The way you take your journey is up to you. You could be the best intern in the hospital, maybe you graduated top in your class. Maybe you want to be chosen to have the first solo surgery. But no one wants to redo their residency.

The girls in this story are about to take their first step down the road to becoming a surgeon. Their route was a lot different and comes with its advantages and disadvantages. I could tell you what their route was but I'll let them tell you.
