Project Lone Wolf

In the year 2250, the world has been in a constant state of war for the past 200 years. The main two opponents are the Russian Federation and the United States of America. Now the US has started a new project, that will hopefully give them enough of an edge to win the war. The Project is code named "Project Lone Wolf." The goal of Project Lone Wolf is simple, create half-human half-animal hybrid super soldiers. Will these super soldiers turn out as planned? Will Project Lone Wolf led to an end to the war?
