In the year 2250, the world has been in a constant state of war for the past 200 years. The main two opponents are the Russian Federation and the United States of America. Now the US has started a new project, that will hopefully give them enough of an edge to win the war. The Project is code named "Project Lone Wolf." The goal of Project Lone Wolf is simple, create half-human half-animal hybrid super soldiers. Will these super soldiers turn out as planned? Will Project Lone Wolf led to an end to the war? The Hazards of My Chosen Profession (on hiatus)
Michael also known as "Wolf" (because of a patch he wears on his kit and helmet) is a member of what was the 75th Ranger Regiment. He finds himself a veteran of a war between humanity and anthros. While he doesn't exactly hate them he doesn't exactly trust them either despite their efforts to rebuild the relationship between species. Unfortunately a good chunk of humanity and anthro kind was wiped out due to the war. But due to the anthros ability to reproduce faster they were able to recover much faster leaving humanity at a loss. Michael finds himself alone and on the run from a one of the most dangerous anthro militaries (at least to humans), known as the Obsidian Front. They continue to hunt down and kill humans forces despite the end to the war, causing proxy wars and often large scale skirmishes between them and remaining human militias.

War.. has never been that easy for the humans. Ever since a political incident happened humans Were blamed for the cause of it, thus starting a war between the anthros and humans. A place where skin and fur were the same thing. "I hope I don't die too many times here." FURS, furs that were first discovered together with the Americas were able to integrate with humans in several few years, at first they were treated as slaves, later they managed to win their place in society, but it doesn't end there, it turned out that the furs, thanks to their instincts and intelligence, continued to develop and improve themselves until they were able to overcome the human himself, they now have no more nothing but relying on what he has been the best at since creation.......SURVIVE
