This is a Durarara fan fiction. Eimi a girl that shows up in Ikebukuro out of nowhere watches the city for a week and knows about everyone there, then when she finally shows herself she's on a mission to find one person. Once she finds that person it changes her life and he gets frustrated because she knows everything about him but he knows nothing about her but, due to something that happened in her past she ends up getting the people around her in danger....
