Shelby has lived at Wosslie's home for Orphaned Children in New York all of her life. At least, that's what she thinks. After she was 13, she couldn't remember anything about her past life except for joy and happiness. Now, she lives in a boring, dull orphanage by herself. Now 16, she longs for an escape. She meets a lovely sidekick who will take her to a place unknown-but at this point in her life, Shelby will just have to take that risk.
