Mark was the quiet one in school. He never talked to anyone, and no one ever talked to him. He was the school's "tough guy," the person in all black, the one person that stood out from the rest.

Jack was the loudest one in school. He's talk to whoever he saw in the hallway, and everyone talked back to him. He was the school's "goodie two-shoes," always being kind to people and doing favors for anyone.

When the two meet, Jack can't help but get the feeling that Mark's trying to hide something. But when he pestures Mark about it, he wasn't expecting a tale. Or rather, a tail.

WARNING: I seriously hate this story. Read at your own risk. It CLEARLY gets better with each chapter, as my writing skill improved- but it starts with a disgusting cliche. Looking back now, it seems silly. It seems silly to think that, after all the jokes, stares, and meaningful silences, we'd still only be friends. It seems silly to think that I'd tried so hard to go against the very thing I wanted. It seems silly to think that he and I couldn't see what the future held for us. Mark and I, well it was only a matter of tempting fate.
