I'm S.A.D. Socially Awkward Disgrace. I once had a friend in Kindergarten but I threw up on her so she left. I had a friend in third grade but he was allergic to peanut butter and let's just say he ate lunch with the wrong person. Then came middle school. I made a friend who told me her crush and I told him thinking it was the right thing to do but I found out the hard way. Now I'm in high school and I've spent three years being that observant loner. People know me as a bad luck charm that ruins people. *** Daniel Walker is one of the most popular boys at school. A perfect girlfriend, a great best friend, and is nailing all his football games. Then one day his grades begin to slip and he needs a tutor in order to keep playing on the team. Dale's life hasn't always been pretty. She hasn't had a lot to be proud of in her childhood. Her father is an angry alcoholic and her mother works so much to keep them afloat that she forgets to take care of Dale and her siblings. Dale doesn't really have many friends due to her lack of social skills and rumors from other kids and let's not start on the bullies. She supports her family by working multiple jobs which includes being the school tutor. What happens when she ends up tutoring Daniel Walker? What happens when he learns about her and how will the other kids react? Why couldn't she tutor some other kid?

Danielle Martin isn't a typical girl in high school. She doesn't wear tight clothes or pounds of makeup, she isn't popular and isn't really a big fan of all the attention. Books and Netflix are her Friday nights, staying home and eating sweets and junk. She's small and vulnerable, shy because she doesn't have the life everyone thinks she does. But that all changes... Now, Blake Daniels is a stereotypical high school guy. Captain of the football team, unbearably attractive, and one of the most popular guys to walk the school. To anyone else, his life is amazing. But to him, it sucks. Family issues and lost battles leave him weak and vulnerable to the ones who want to break him more. But that also all changes... Will their newfound love save them from the struggles they face? Can they survive with all the drama and rumors being thrown at them? It all comes down to one thing in the end. Can they make it together?
