Aeriss Fletcher is not a 'normal' individual.

He is not able to calmly stand in a crowd, he is not someone who can freely speak to strangers, and it is impossible for him to remain relaxed around other people. Aeriss is a boy who has struggled throughout his life, with a disorder that has kept him encaged within the confinements of his own self built barriers.

Because of this, Aeriss had been homeschooled. With his mother running a large retail corporation, they had the money and the countless resources to support Aeriss's needs, and allow the online education courses to take place.

Therefore, it was never a problem to have Aeriss avoid contact with others. So despite the unavoidable family events, and occasional anxiety ridden outings with his mother, Aeriss felt that he really didn't need to be social with other people.

Although, this convenient life slowly came to a petrifying halt when Aeriss learned that his mother was losing money fast, and her company was slowly drowning alongside them. With money being a growing concern, Aeriss's expensive online courses were no longer an option available to them.

Which left them with one desperate choice, and that was for Aeriss to enter the public high school system.

With this unavoidable issue at hand, Aeriss understood that there was not much he could do but self isolate until that dreaded first day of class. The first day he would step into a building with hundreds of other people, unprepared, and completely alone.

But then, his therapist had an idea.
The Buddy System.

What if Aeriss had a friend that could be there alongside him throughout his school days, and help ease his anxiety? Someone he was familiar and comfortable with? It would be surprisingly simple to make a request to the school district and have them fit Aeriss's schedule into that of his friend.

But there was one issue with this plan.

Aeriss didn't have any friends.

Although, of course, that was until he met Grayson Devaroux.

He knew he was blushing; he could feel it. Boy, did he hate that. "I-I never sleep," his eyes darted away for a moment, "maybe I was thinking of all the ways I could bash your face in. Devyn glared at those jade eyes, his lip curling slightly. He pressed their bodies closer, his leg slipping between Lexin's. "If you think-" Devyn's words died from his lips as Lexin nearly whimpered, from both embarrassment and pleasure. Devyn's firm thigh was now pressed against his rock-hard dick, and he had no excuse as to why it was hard. The two stared at each other in a thick silence, Lexin's eyes wide and Devyn's unreadable. "Y-you should-" "Is this why you're up," Devyn's tone began to drop, "couldn't find a good fuck at the party?" Lexin glared and tried his best not to grind his hips forward and release some of the pain. "If I wanted to, I would have," he scowled. "Since when do you come home unsatisfied? We both know you can't keep it in your pants," Devyn's eyes stayed locked on the bruises. "Prick," Lexin hissed. Unable to stop himself, his hips pressed forward this time, his eyebrows pinching together. To his surprise Devyn pushed back. He wasn't gentle about it either as he applied the weight of his muscular thigh onto Lexin's hard on. Devyn's dark eyes flicked to his before he leaned down, brushing his lips on the shell of Lexin's ear. "You want to tell me why you're so hard, princess?" Lexin turned beat red, "Stop calling me that." "That's not an answer," Devyn slid his head down and brushed his lips over the sore hickey. ~'~ WARNING: this book has a choking and biting kink. 'When your breath becomes faint When your heart seems but quaint You'll know that touch of blue lips Upon bottle tips They say love is so pure Yet it isn't the cure For a soul that's lost in your eyes' You've heard it all before. The rebellious teenager who sings in a band and struggles with the woes of teen drama. They fight with their girlfriend and have a spat with their parents, and then it is all wrapped up by the end in a nice little bow. This isn't that kind of story. Clay Hudson is eighteen and is on the right course to go to the university his parents have chosen for him since he emerged from the womb. He has a girlfriend, Kaylee, and somewhere lost in that mix are his best friends: Fletcher who is ready to kick some ass with him, even if Clay is somewhat of a teacher's pet, and Chelsea, who is fighting her own battle, wanting to reclaim the friendship Clay's broken. Clay has pushed them from his life in favour of a night of wild highs and alcohol-fuelled adventures. The thing is, that life is a series of false thrills, and in the end, these adrenaline deceptions are distracting Clay from the things that truly matter in his life. Since he was little, Clay has dreamt of entertaining a crowd, singing his soul's notes to an audience that would love the pure bliss and magic that comes from music. But school is ending soon, his friends are almost lost to him, and Clay realises his life is a fanciful nightmare. With the weight of expectation crushing down on him, his dad's illness, and the feelings he harbours for Fletcher springing forth after a long period of burial, Clay has to cast aside the shackles of his superficial life and rediscover what inspires him in life, and who truly matters. Sounds pretty usual, right? But then again, No one ever said finding balance, the pure note Clay seeks would ever be easy. -Contains coarse language, some sexual content and scenes of an upsetting nature.
Life after Death: The Afterlife of Hezekiah Chamblee by JayDEvers
57 parts Complete Mature
After being killed execution-style by his own family, a young man settles in an alternative afterlife and learns how to live. **************** On the day he graduated from high school, Hezekiah Chamblee was killed by his parents all because he wasn't meant to be a part of their American Dream and that he was a product of rape. Shortly after entering into the void between life and death, he is surprised to learn that he was not meant for heaven or hell and he wasn't meant to return to Earth. He is then sent to a simulated world known as "Nexus," where people like him were sent here and that they view an alternate timeline where they don't exist on Earth. It is there that Hezekiah not only views a timeline where he doesn't exist but also meets other teenagers and young adults like him, reunites with a crush from his old life (they being close friends back then), encounters with a sly femme fatale with wicked intentions, and learns about his true origin by both God and Lucifer (the deities being brothers themselves). Meanwhile in the land of the living, word of his death would trigger a butterfly effect that would unleash scandals, change lives, and have one of Hezekiah's younger twin brothers expose the family secrets before the family would completely come to ruin. Follow this story alongside Hezekiah Chamblee as he undergoes dynamic paradigm shifts about himself while learning to finally use his voice as his family's forbidden desires would bring them to their downfall. "What's done in the dark would soon be brought into the light. And what was said in whispers would be shouted loud from the rooftops."

I'm Finn Vasco but that's not quite important right now. I'm a pretty sarcastic guy if I'm gonna be honest. I'm closed off and I literally only have one friend. I might hate everybody in my school... but there's this guy there. He's... let's say, dreamy, someone who I thought would never even acknowledge my existence. That guy who was too damn good to be true, who was too good for me, who was too good for... everybody! You get what I'm trying to say. He's that cliché king of the campus and a popular and attractive heartthrob and with just one wink, he can send people on their knees... That sounded so wrong, anyway. So can you blame me for being over the moon when one day, he approached me only to what? ...To ask for my help courting my freaking best friend. I knew it was stupid for me to hope I'd even have any chance with him anyway. So I just agreed to help him. Even if I was hurting myself and potentially my best friend in the process, my best friend who has been there with me through the thick and thins, I still did it... I mean what could go wrong besides literally everything? So my plan was to just set my crush and my best friend up, and then everything would be alright... right? But of course, life doesn't like it when people have it easy. *** Highest Ranking #2 on #lgbtfiction #5 on #boyxboy #6 on #gay #8 on #teenfiction *** ~ WARNING: This story contains strong language and bullying.
