Japan's Prefecture, Aomori - has a record of eight districts. However, it is believed that there were originally nine. 
This district is called Kurokita, a neighboring district of Shimokita. Yet for the last centuries, there are no remnants of the said district to ever exist. Some historian says that the place is a tall tale, something to intrigue people. Some says that the place is still there, only it can't be seen - 
because it is now covered with unimaginable kind of darkness.
