I've only ever loved winter.
  
  What can I say I like the cold. It's protected me for a long time. And has never not once hurt me. But I think that's only because of my wind spirit. She only comes around to see me during winter and that's why I have always seen it as a magical season.  For all I knew she would be the only magic in my life. But I should have known better because clearly, impossible doesn't exist in my world. It was ridiculous for me to think that wind spirits were the only mythical beings in the world. And ridiculous for me to think that I was normal because obviously I'm not but it took me a charming smile from a godly looking boy to understand that.

I start leaving kisses all along her neck and pause where my canines are supposed to sink into her neck. Jordan lets out a throaty moan and I can smell her arousal. I kiss up and towards the middle of her throat. My canines extend and I bite into her throat and rip it out. Her eyes fill with pain and she struggles before the life is finally drained out of her. I drop the muscle and flesh from my mouth and let out a howl of victory.
