The South American country of Bolivia was paradise. Lush jungles, rivers, lakes, and beautiful mountains. But when the Mexican drug trafficking organization known as the Santa Blanca Cartel arrived, they converted the country into a narco-state. Forcing civilians to work in the fields to produce large amounts of cocaine which the Cartel ships across the globe.

They used their wealth to buy the judges and politicians. They even have relations with Bolivia's military police, La Unidad. They use thousands of Sicarios to keep the population in check. They even have their own religion, in which they worship Santa Muerte, the goddess of death. They utilize planes, helicopters, armoured trucks, trains, and submarines to smuggle their cocaine. The whole country is theirs.

But rebellion is rising.
