Clare Hawklins is a student at Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry. She's a Worfwood, one of the 5 houses. People think she's mysterius and psychotic and the fact that she's half werewolf doesn't quite help. Clare has a lot of friends, but she needs something new and challenging, but what? Maybe Ally, Clare's new partner is the answer to this question. Clare has friends in all houses, but the house of Slytherin, doesn't seem to be the only thing that Ally's personality is about. But can Clare cope with the fact that Ally has a lot of darker sides and that it's not easy being friends with a Slytherin?
