Hi, Im Heather and this is my story. Well kind of, after my whole high school experience where my best friend was killed and my other best friend left me to be with Veronica, I am starting college. Actually I am going to Duke. Thats kind of funny because my last name is Duke but, oh well. Well something happens, and its NOT good at all.

Kaylani West is in year 3rd year of college while the School, Duke Depp is in his 3rd year also. Duke is smart, tall, hot, popular, and a basket ball player all the girls love him, and won't talk to him face to face but when he's not around, but me I didn't fall for him as fast as everyone else did and I could talk to him face to face. I wanted to but something told me it wasn't right, something was off. I need to find out my true feelings for him first. He looked hurt badly, he let go of my hands putting his in pocket. "I understand." and he walked away. - - This book have a lot different emotions. Will she end up with Duke? Or did miss her shot? Did she ever see him more than a friend? More than a roommate? "Hey! She already said she was sorry. What more do you want?!" I screamed loudly in his face. His face turned from angry to shocked. No one had ever yelled at him that way at school before. He narrowed his eyes at me."She ruined a very expensive shirt so she needs to be punished for it," he responded, his green eyes lit with hate and anger. "So?! You probably have a million other shirts just like it. You spoiled rich boys have no respect for others. You think you're better than everyone else. Well, let me tell you, you are the worst of the worst." I said. I couldn't believe what I had just said. I realized I had given myself a death sentence as the words flew out my mouth. Duke was quiet for a few moments then he finally replied. "You better watch what you say girly," he said as he brushed past my shoulder. His two buddies following him from behind. I couldn't believe what I just did. It felt so invigorating. I felt as though I had an adrenalin rush. I knew that this feeling would not last for long though because I just gave the H3 a new target. They go around just bullying everybody and anybody who makes them mad. What is worse is when a person is targeted at the school the whole school bully's them as well. After my escape, and yet another but brutal last year at the same high school, my school sent me their condolences and made sure to inform my future college of my past. I didn't bother to say goodbye to my "friends" or Preston, my ex. The police allowed me to change things, including changing my name & hair, but other than that, I was still me.
