Hope Carson is a 17 year old victim of anorexia. All she wants is to "be pretty". Most of the world is oblivious as to why she drops pounds faster than rain on a stormy day. All she ever wanted was for someone to like her. So she's had multiple boyfriends.

Chandler is a 17 year old suffering the pending divorse of his parents. He sleeps around and gets into lots of trouble because he wants attention. He smiles his face off, but no one knows the hurt inside. All he really wants is for someone to be there for him and love him.

What happens when Chandler starts to fall for Hope, but she pushes him away? Will they pick each other up when they fall? Or will they give in to their problems get the best of them?

"Look, I apologised more than I can count for that. That's in the past and this is the present. Now come on before I force you in this car." He demands again.

"No." I take off running towards the 3 miles I have left.

"I guess its the hard way, huh?" I hear him after me.

"Get away from me, you rapist! He's trying to kidnap me. He-!" I screamed, but my mouth and waist were grabbed by a two strong arms.

"Now people are gonna think I'm trying to rape you. And you run fast. Your butt is like really big. My sister does squats like everyday and she's still flat."

I need to be with her. I drop to the floor. "She needs me." I cry.

Tears run down to the floor. I love her and she might never know.

"Who needs you?"

"Hope! She's in the Hospital!" I look into his eyes.

"You love her, huh, Chandler?" I nod. "Go. Go see her now!" he yells at me.

I didn't wait another second to run out of the house.
