Cleo's sister is missing.

And it's her fault.

It was a promise, to begin with. A promise to her ten year old sibling, to take her to the park.

A promise she wouldn't break. But she failed her sister in a whole other way.

A glance down at a text message resulted in her attention diverted from her sister, who swung with glee on the old swings.

A text message.

That was all it took.

The next thing Cleo knows is that she looked up, a smile on her face, only to see a swing, still moving in the wind.

No Meghan.

A week later, the police still hadn't found her sister, and were beginning to suspect murder.

Unable to take it anymore, she sets off with her two best friends, one who brings an Australian stranger, and ventures into the woods, determined to bring her sister back.

Finding her sister was one thing. Finding the person who took her? A whole other.
