He only realized something was wrong when he pulled into the driveway. The car was there. The car that he would remember when police officers questioned him. The car that he would never forget. He had felt the feeling as he exited the car, leaving the car door wide open, as he ran to his front door and pulled it wide. All he remembered from that point were the feelings of anger and fear. The memory of her body on the ground, as though she was praying instead of dying. And the man who was standing behind her, his smile straight out of a horror film. What started all of this? What happened to her? Why her?
