In a world where humans are battling against the government thanks to all the inhuman experiments taking place, William Koiyu, a young college student, is involved with an Artificial Intelligence being that goes by the code name of R E M. As he learns more about this humanoid being, he finds that REM is not all that she seems to be, and that there was a reason as to why she was helping the rebellion destroy the government.
