Sarah's parent's disappeared when she was five. She has no family and has live in a clinic ever since because of her depression and pains. She doesn't remember much of her life in the clinic besides class and being tranquilized. Dr. Leon has been her doctor for so long and checks on her constantly. She doesn't know much of her family members and deosn't plan on finding out. A visit from Joe Humphrey who's been fightin to get her to be his adoptive daughter for over 5 years changes her life. Will Sarah move on? Will something new happen with Sarah's insides? What secrets are going to be revealed? Will she find love?
