Double. That's what they call him. Why? Because after each murder he scratches 2 small, parallel lines in his victim's left cheek. Why would he do that? Because it's all just a game.
Who he chooses to play with is random. Whether they're old, young, more than one at once ... it doesn't matter. There's nothing wrong with playing ... right?
