Little thing they know you are one and only survivor, one that witnessed the awakening of vampire, and the one that escaped by swimming across the sea by the power of your Stand. You try to continue living, for hope the people has died on the ship. However, it seems to start a link you with fate of other people with Stands, changing your life into something bizarre.

The SPW Foundation sends Jōtarō and Polnareff out to find the arrows that awaken stands, as it's told in VA (I know it happens in the '90s but let's say the research started in '89 cause I didn't want too much time to have passed for the pain to be still high). So they re-take the trip, and get to Enya's hotel at some point. Jōtarō makes a very, very interesting discovery (he may or may not find out he can go BACK in time and not just stop it), Star is basically a child and things go down... for the better I hope ;) Title inspired by Kickstart My Heart by Mötley Crüe.
