Daniel was named one of the ten nobles of Vaperheil, and he has no choice but to accept his future. Always dreaming of becoming a knight, he has plans of escaping, but his plans are ruined when the king and queen are murdered, launching there country into war. Daniel has no choice but to become a runaway, abandoning his title, which is considered treason, and becoming a soldier. He must fight for his country, while doing so he will meet new friends and foes as he battles his way to become a knight.
